All congress fees include badge name, congress documents, access to all scientific sessions and industry symposia, opening ceremony, welcome reception, luncheons and coffee break buffets.
Accompanying person fees include opening ceremony, welcome reception, participation to the sightseeing tour of Paris and possibility to buy tickets for the accompanying person programme.

* Rate applicable for members having paid their annual membership fee in one of the above mentioned associations.
** To benefit from this rate, please send us a copy of your student card.

Cancellation policy (extract from the general policy)
All cancellation must be notified in writing to the Congress Administrative Secretariat either by fax (+33 1 44 64 15 16) or by post (09IFSO/Colloquium - 12 rue de la Croix-Faubin - 75557 Paris cedex 11 - France) according to the following conditions :
Cancellation made before July 1st, 2009 : 50€ will be withheld as administrative fees.
Cancellation made from July 1st, 2009 : no refund will be made.

For name changes made from July 30th, 2009 administrative fees of 50€ will be charged.
Refunds will be made after the congress.
If payment is not received by Colloquium at the time of cancellation, total amount still remains due.

Group registration

- First step is to register your society and fill the number of registrations you want to buy.
- Then we send you an invoice
- Once we receive your payment, you get access to your own registration area.

Accommodation

Paris offers a full range of hotel rooms, in all categories. Special congress rates have been negotiated especially in those hotels located at walking distance from the congress centre, or easily accessible with transport system. There will be no shuttle services provided by the congress between the congress hotels and the congress center.
